服务区域经济发展人才需求与复合型外语人才培养的适应性研究

摘要

本文从“跨界”研究视角，以广东区域产业为研究视域，将“广东区域产业转型升级”和“复合型外语人才培养”结合起来进行理论研究，并依托高职院校外语教育改革基础，探索适应广东区域产业转型升级的高职院校复合型外语人才培养模式，从而更好地服务于广东区域经济社会发展。%Taking regional industries as the research perspective, this paper conducts a theoretical study by cross-field discussion on education issues of comprehensive foreign language talents with industrial transformation and upgrading of regions in Guangdong, and tries to probe education modes for comprehensive foreign language talents in higher vocational college in order to adapt to the situation of industrial transformation and upgrading of regions in Guangdong and better to serve the economical and social development of Guangdong province.
