藏区高校思想政治理论课教学之所以艰巨与复杂,根本原因在于对藏区思想政治理论课规律的特殊性的探索与认识不足所造成的。作为承担该校思政公共理论的教师,通过深入的教学实践和调查研究,梳理出民族高校思政理论课中的“困境”:传统教学方法、内容、语言与藏族同胞心理、宗教环境、藏语语境形成矛盾。并提出走出困境的几条思路:树立正确的马克思主义的宗教观;加快藏汉思政双语思想政治教育教师人才的培养与思政公共课教材的藏汉双语翻译与编撰工作;充分利用现代化的教学手段,提高思想政治教学效果。进一步提出自己的建议:充分利用藏区宗教文化资源,提高思想政治理论课的教学效果。%Tibetan College Ideological and Political Theory Teaching is arduous and complex, the fundamental reason lies in the Tibetan ideological and political theory and the law of the special nature of exploration caused by lack of knowledge. As one of teachers bear ideological and political course of public theory in this school, through in-depth teaching practice and research, to tease out the National College Ideological and political theory course “dilemma”: the traditional teaching methods, content, language and Tibetan psychology, religious environment, Tibet language Context formation of contradictions;and put forward out of the woods a few ideas:to establish a correct Marxist religious outlook; accelerate the training of Tibetan and Chinese bilingual Ideological Political Education Personnel Teachers and teaching materials Ideological public Bilingual translation and compilation work; full use of modern teaching methods, improve the ideological and political teaching. Further put forward their own suggestions:take advantage of the Tibetan religion and cultural resources, improve teaching effectiveness of Ideological and Political Theory Course.
