减少棉纺企业万锭用工的措施

摘要

探讨减少棉纺企业万锭用工的措施.分析了棉纺企业万锭用工的现状、影响原因以及进一步减少万锭用工的意义.阐述了减少万锭用工的各项管理与技术措施.认为:通过抓好产品定位和优化产品结构,提高管理水平和纺纱装备自动化程度,稳定员工队伍,采用信息管理系统等措施,可使万锭用工在116人的基础上减少60人～ 87人,从而可有效地减少棉纺企业万锭用工,提高经济效益.%Measures of reducing labors per 10 000 spindles in cotton textile mill were discussed. Current situation of labors per 10 000 spindles in cotton textile mill was analyzed as well as reasons and meanings of reducing labors per 10 000 spindles. Each management and technology measures of reducing labors per 10 000 spindles were introduced. It is considered that labors per 10 000 spindles can be reduced from 116 persons to 60 persons ~ 70 persons, labors per 10 000 spindles can be reduced effectively and economic benefit can be improved through making product position and optimizing product structure, improving management level and spinning equipment automatic degree, stabling labor and team, adopting information management system et al.
