有色粘胶纤维转杯纱的配色研究

摘要

研究有色粘胶纤维转杯纱的配色.基于应用Datacolor SF600型电脑测色配色仪对黄、红、蓝三种有色粘胶纤维在可见光范围内进行光学性能测试分析,纺制了有色粘胶纤维纯纺及混纺转杯纱,分析了纱线加捻、纱线结构、纤维混和比例对色纺转杯纱颜色的影响.结果表明:等比例混纺纱的反射率低于混纺纱中低反射率纤维的反射率值.认为:色纺混纺纱颜色反射率值与可见光波长相关曲线要通过纺纱实践进行验证.%Color matching of colored viscose fiber rotor yarn was researched. Optical performances of yellow, red and blue viscose fiber were tested and analyzed based on Datacolor SF600 computer color tester in visible light range. Color viscose pure rotor yarn and blended rotor yarn were spun. Effect of yarn twist, structure, fiber blending ratio on col-or rotor yarn color was analyzed. The result shows that reflectivity of same blended ratio blended yarn is the lowest com-paring with blended fiber. It is considered that related curve between reflectivity of colored spun yarn color and wave-length of visible light must be proved through spinning practice.
