紧密纺集聚区气流导向装置的应用效果

摘要

探讨紧密纺集聚区气流导向装置对纺纱质量的影响.介绍了气流导向装置的作用和原理,在四罗拉紧密纺系统集聚区安装自制气流导向装置,对三种不同纺纱品种采用不同导向装置位置进行了纺纱对比试验.结果表明:集聚区气流导向装置可使成纱毛羽明显减少,条干明显改善,断裂强力有所提高.认为:气流导向装置与吸风槽口的垂直距离越小,从两侧吸入的风集聚效果越好.%Effect of airflow guide device in compact area on spinning quality was discussed. Function and principle of airflow guide device were introduced. Homemade airflow guide device was installed in four-roller compact spinning system compact area,three different yarns were spun and contrasted by adopting different airflow guide device positions. The result shows that yarn hairiness can be reduced, evenness can be improved and breaking strength can be increased obviously when installing airflow guide device. It is considered that distance between airflow guide device and suction outlet is smaller,compact effect of suction wind is better.
