壳聚糖改性粘胶棉混纺纱混纺比的优化

摘要

探讨优化壳聚糖改性粘胶棉混纺纱混纺比.根据壳聚糖改性粘胶纤维的性能特点.通过对七种混纺比设计的壳聚糖改性粘胶棉混纺纱的条干、断裂强力、毛羽指数指标进行测试与分析,提出了壳聚糖改性粘胶棉混纺纱适纺性能较佳的混纺比为35/65、65/35和80/20.%Blending ratio modified chitosan antibacterial viscose cotton blended yarn was discussed. According to the properties of modified chitosan antibacterial viscose, seven kinds of blended yarn evenness CV, breaking strength,hairiness index were tested and analysed. It is considered that the suitable blending ratio of modified chitosan antibacterial viscose cotton blended yarn could be 35/65,65/35 and 80/20.
