假捻集聚纺纱外观及结构分析

摘要

Processing and finish yarn structure of false-twist compact yarn were discussed.Appearance structure of false-twist compact yarn and traditional ring yarn were observed and analysed by microscope.Packing density was used to indicate fiber distribution in yarn cross-section.The test result shows that appearance evenness and hairiness of falsetwist compact yarn are better than traditional ring yarn when the yarn twist factors are same.Packing density could be fitted by cubic function.Comparing with same twist traditional ring yarn, inner packing density of false-twist compact yarn is larger, the outer is smaller.%探讨假捻集聚纺纱工艺及其成纱结构特点.使用显微镜观察并分析了假捻集聚纱和传统环锭纱的外观形态结构,并使用填充密度来表征纤维在成纱横截面内的分布情况.试验结果表明:假捻集聚纱的外观均匀度和表面毛羽状况要好于具有相同捻系数的传统环锭纱.纤维在纱横截面内的填充密度分布规律可以用一个三次方程拟合.与同捻度的传统环锭纱相比,假捻集聚纱在靠近纱芯的内层填充密度较大.外层填充密度略小.
