芳纶阻燃粘胶玻璃纤维包芯纱织物耐热性分析

         

摘要

研究芳纶阻燃粘胶玻璃纤维包芯纱织物的耐热性能.测试了芳纶阻燃粘胶玻璃纤维包芯纱阻燃织物在不同热处理温度和时间下的热质量损失率、织物力学性能及表观特征.结果表明:随热处理时间的延长和温度的增加,该织物热质量损失率增加,力学性能下降不显著,尺寸稳定性和保形性较好.认为:该织物可在250℃环境中短时间使用,可在200℃以下的环境中长时间使用.%Heat resistance of aramid 1313 flame retardant viscose glass fiber core spun yarn fabric was studied. Heat loss rate,fabric mechanical property and performance characteristics of the fabric were tested in different heat treatment temperature and time. The result shows that the fabric heat loss rate is increased as the treat time and temperature increase, decline of the fabric mechanical property is not declined significantly, the fabric dimensional stability and shape retention are better. It is considered that the fabric can be used in 250 ℃ for a short time and can be used in 200 ℃ for a long time.
