摘要

探讨Outlast改性粘胶纤维混纺纱的生产工艺.针对Outlast改性粘胶纤维的性能特点,纺前对其进行预处理,合理选择生产工艺流程,优选各道工艺参数配置,有针对性地选配相关器材,络筒工序重点调节好稔接参数,保证捻接质量,最终成功纺制出Outlast改性粘胶纤维/精梳棉60/40 9.7 tex纱,其成纱质量满足了使用要求.%Processing of Outlast modified viscose fiber blended yarn was discussed.According to Outlast modified viscose fiber properties,pre-treatment was used in fore-spinning,processing should be selected rationally,parameter in each process should be optimized,related devices should be selected accordingly,splicing parameter should be controlled as key in winding process,splicing quality should be ensured.Finally Outlast modified viscose/combed cotton 60/40 9.7 tex yarn can be produced successfully,the yarn quality can reach use demands.
