Technology features of comber carding components were discussed. Recent technology status, development trend and modification methods of comber carding component at home and abroad were introduced, the existed problems were analyzed and the modification suggestion were put forward. It is considered that R & D efforts of carding component should be strengthened in further, cylinder material should be optimized, saw bar parameter, heating and heat treatment should be optimized and designed. Optimal combination of cylinder saw bar should be used well, carding degree should be selected rationally according to products. Saw bar density in cylinder carding area should be selected rationally. Carding effect should be measured fully by single fiber degree, manufacturing level and use effect of comber carding component should be increased in further.%探讨精梳机梳理元件的技术特点.阐述了当前国内外精梳梳理元件的技术现状、发展趋势及改进途径,分析了存在的问题并提出了改进建议.认为,应进一步加大梳理元件的研发力度,优选锡林齿条的材质,优化齿条参数设计、加工及热处理工艺.使用中应注重锡林齿条的优化组合,合理配置梳理度,以适应不同品种;重视锡林粗梳区齿条密度的合理配置;以单纤维化程度全面衡量精梳梳理效果,进一步提高精梳梳理元件的制造水平和使用效果.
