探讨了五大类喷气涡流纺的品种开发及其关键技术。与环锭纺对比，分析了喷气涡流纺技术的优缺点。以浙江喷气涡流纺企业为例，重点介绍了色纺纱、功能性混纺纱、多种天然纤维混纺纱、包芯纱和装饰及毛针织用纱等五大类喷气涡流纺纱线和一些市场反应良好的新颖纱线品种。认为：开发喷气涡流纺纱产品时，需要充分关注市场需求，发挥创新思维，努力拓宽应用领域；采用合理的前纺工艺设备配置、专用器材的优选和保养、做好车间温湿度控制，以适应小批量、多品种的快速生产要求。%Five types of air-j et vortex spinning products development and key technologies were discussed.Compared with ring spinning,the advantages and disadvantages of air-j et vortex spinning were analyzed.Taken Zhej iang air-j et vor-tex spinning enterprise for instance,five types of air-j et vortex yarn like colored spun yarn,functional blended yarn,multi-natural fiber blended yarn,core-spun yarn and adornment &wool knitting yarn and some popular novelty yarns were in-troduced as key points.It is considered that the market demand should be paid enough attention,the innovative thinking should be developed and the application area should be exploited when developing the air-j et vortex spinning yarn prod-ucts.Through adopting rational fore-spinning technology and device configuration,optimizing and maintaining special e-quipment,controlling the temperature and humidity in workshop,the demands of smaller and multi-varieties production could be meet.
