杨树绒毛纤维的吸油性能研究

             

摘要

探讨杨树绒毛纤维作为吸油材料的可行性.测试了不同吸油时间、pH值、温度以及纤维质量条件下,杨树绒毛纤维对大豆油和柴油的吸附效果,并研究了离心法和轧压法对杨树绒毛纤维循环吸油的影响.结果表明:当吸附时间10 m in、p H值中性、吸附温度25℃ 、纤维质量为0.1 g时,杨树绒毛纤维对大豆油和柴油的吸油倍率分别为72 g/g和49 g/g;当离心转速1100 r/min、离心时间2 min、或轧车压力0.3 M Pa、轧压时间5 m in时,杨树绒毛纤维循环吸油5次后,吸油倍率分别由72 g/g降到了66 g/g和49 g/g.认为:杨树绒毛纤维具有较好的吸油性能;采用离心法较轧压法的循环吸油效果更好.%The feasibility of taken poplar fluff fiber as oil absorption material was discussed .The absorption efficiencies of poplar fluff fiber on soybean oil and diesel oil were tested under different oil absorption times ,pH values ,temperatures and fiber weights .The influences of centrifugation and roll compacting method on the recy-cling oil absorption of poplar fluff fiber were studied .The results show that the oil absorption rate for poplar fluff fiber on soybean oil and diesel oil are 72 g/g and 49 g/g respectively when the absorption time is 10 min ,pH value is neutral ,absorption temperature is 25℃ and the fiber weight is 0 .1 g .When the centrifugal speed is 1100 r/min ,centrifugation time is 2 min or the roll compacting pressure is 0 .3 MPa and the roll compacting time is 5 min ,the oil absorption rate of poplar fluff fiber after 5 times of recycling oil absorption is decreased from 72 g/g to 66 g/g and 49 g/g respectively .It is considered that the poplar fluff fiber has better oil absorption prop-erty .The recycling oil absorption effect with centrifugation method is better than that of roll compacting method .
