减少剑杆织机断经的几项措施

摘要

Technology measures of reducing broken warp in production were summarized.Combing practical production,generated broken warp at different positions were analyzed such as reed position,fabric bar position,heddle position,stop frame,back beam and warping beam.The corresponding solutions were proposed and better weaving quality were reached.It is considered that through careful observation and analyses,finding the reasons of broken warp and adopting the corresponding technology solutions can reduce loom broken warp,improve product quality and reduce production cost.%总结生产中减少剑杆织机断经的技术措施.结合生产实际,针对不同位置产生的断经,包括钢筘部位、托布板位置、综丝处、停经架、后梁及经轴等,分析了造成断经的原因,并提出了相对应的解决方法,取得了较好的织造质量效果.认为:只有通过认真观察,仔细分析,快速、准确地找到断经的原因,采取相关的技术措施,可以减少织机断经,提高产品质量,降低生产成本.
