罗布麻混纺纱的生产工艺及其性能

摘要

Production technology and properties of apocynum venetum modal acrylic blended yarn were discussed.The spinning process parameters were reasonably set based on the properties of apocynum venetum fiber.The method of combing weighting mixture with drawing mixture was adopted.The yarns with different blending ratio were produced.The breaking strength,evenness CV and hairiness index of eight kinds of blended yarn with four different apocynum venetum content and two fineness were tested and analyzed.It is pointed that the yarn breaking strength is decreased,the evenness is worse and the hairiness is increased as the increase of apocynum venetum content.It is considered that the optimization of apocynum venetum blending ratio and the optimization of process parameters are beneficial to develop apocynum venetum serial blended yarn products.%探讨罗布麻莫代尔腈纶混纺纱的生产工艺及其性能.针对罗布麻纤维的特点合理设置纺纱工艺参数,采用称重混和及并条混和相结合的方式,生产不同混纺比的纱线,测试分析了4种不同罗布麻含量、两种细度的8种混纺纱的断裂强力、条干CV、毛羽指标.指出:随着罗布麻纤维含量的增加,混纺线断裂强度下降,条干变差,毛羽增多.认为:优选罗布麻混纺比,优化工艺参数有助于罗布麻系列混纺纱产品的开发.
