探讨纺制精梳棉/Outlast纤维50/5014.7 tex赛络集聚纱的关键技术措施.通过对Outlast纤维原料的养生工艺优化,采取精梳棉网回用技术及包混工艺进行棉和 Outlast纤维的混和,采用柔性梳理工艺,充分发挥设备技术资源优势,合理选用纺专器材,优化生产工艺流程和工艺参数,较好解决了 Outlast 纤维的适纺性问题,实现了对整个工艺质量较好的控制.认为:合理选择混纺比,形成一套成熟、可靠的生产方案有利于Outlast纤维的产品扩展.%The key technology measures of combed cotton/Outlast fiber 50/50 14.7 tex siro condensed yarn were discussed.The softing technology of Outlast fiber was optimized.The combed cotton web recycling technol-ogy and bales mixing technology were adopted to blend cotton with Outlast fiber.Softer carding technology was a-dopted.The equipment technology advantages were given full pay.Special spinning components & accessories were selected reasonably.The production technology process and technology parameter were optimized.The spin-ning ability of Outlast fiber was solved better.The whole technology quality had realized better control.It is con-sidered that the reasonable blending ratio should be selected to develop a mature and reliable production scheme which is beneficial to expand the Outlast fiber production.
