质子交换膜燃料电池用不锈钢双极板的腐蚀与表面改性研究进展

     

摘要

The bipolar plate is one of key core components of the proton exchange membrane fuel cell (PEMFC), accounting for a significant part of total weight and cost of the PEMFC stack. Stainless steels have high strength, superior conductivity and thermal conductivity, good corrosion resistance, so they are often used as bipolar plate material. However, in PEMFC environment, stainless steels will be corroded and can produce high resistance passive film, and thus reduces the cell performance. Therefore, the corrosion and surface treatment of stainless steel bipolar plates are extensively investigated. In this paper, the progress in research is described in detail.%双极板是质子交换膜燃料电池(PEMFC)的核心组件之一,占电池组重量和成本的大部分。不锈钢由于具有强度高、导电、传热性好以及耐腐蚀等优点,因此被作为双极板材料。然而,在PEMFC环境下,不锈钢会发生腐蚀并且表面会产生高电阻钝化膜,从而降低电池性能。为此,国内外研究者对不锈钢双极板的腐蚀与表面处理展开了广泛的研究,本文对此进行了详细阐述。
