C12-6-C12型Gemini阳离子表面活性剂缓蚀性能与行为的研究

         

摘要

利用白金板法测定了C12-6-C12型Gemini表面活性剂在25℃水溶液中的表面张力,结果表明,Gemini表面活性剂在水溶液中的临界胶束浓度为0.58×10-4mol/L,表面张力相对于水的表面张力有极大下降.采用失重腐蚀试验法和电化学测试技术,研究了C12-6-C12型Gemini阳离子表面活性剂对Crl3钢在25℃,1 mol/L HCl溶液中的缓蚀效果,表明该种表面活性剂在Cr13钢表面形成了单分子吸附层,抑制了Cr13钢的腐蚀活化反应过程,其吸附符合Langmuir吸附模型.%The critical micelle concentration(CMC) of C12-6-C12 Gemini cationic surfactant was studied, and the results showed that the CMC of C12-6-C12 Gemini cationic surfactant was 0. 58 × 10-4 mol/L in water solution at 25 ℃. Gemini cationic inhibitors’ corrosion behaviors on the Cr13 steel surface in 1 mol/L HCl solution at 25 ℃ were also studied by weight loss and electrochemical polarization technology. The results showed that the C12-6-C12 Gemini cationic surfactant formed monomolecular adsorption layer on Cr13 steel to prevent corrosion, and it's adsorption followed Langmuir adsorption model.
