The effects of cathodic polarization on the stress corrosion behavior of HRB335 reinforcing steel bar in simulated concrete pore solution were studied by slow strain rate test (SSRT) and cathodic polarization.The results show that when the polarization potential was between-475 mVCSE and-850 mVCSE,the steel bar exhibited certain stress corrosion sensitivity.And when the polarization potential was below-1 200 mVCSE,hydrogen induced stress cracking occured.For effective cathodic protection in reinforced concrete system,a polarization potential criterion between-1 000 mVCSE and-1 100 mVCSE is recommended.%采用慢应变速率试验(SSRT)与阴极极化电位相结合的方法,研究了阴极极化对HRB335钢筋在模拟服役环境中腐蚀行为的影响.结果表明,当阴级极化电位为-475~-850 mVCSE时,钢筋存在一定的应力腐蚀敏感性;当电位负于-1 200 mVCSE时,钢筋发生氢致应力腐蚀开裂.对于HRB335钢筋混凝土体系施加阴极保护时,作为阴极保护的有效判据,建议采用-1 000~-1 100 mVCSE的阴极极化电位.
