The present invention relates to a specimen for evaluating an effect of magnetite on stress corrosion cracking and a manufacturing method thereof. According to a method of the present invention, a specimen for evaluating stress corrosion cracking can be manufactured and can simulate a situation in which the magnetite is attached or accumulated on a material surface such as an actual nuclear power plant environment and be electrically contacted by using the specimen manufactured in the present invention, thereby capable of quantitatively evaluating the effect of the magnetite on stress corrosion cracking and identifying a mechanism of action.
