The corrosion inhibition of synthetic N,N'-bis (4-hydroxy benzyl) ethylenediamine Schiff base as corrosion inhibitor to 5052 aluminum alloy in HCl solution was studied by weight-loss method,potentiodynamic polarization curves and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS).The results show that the corrosion inhibitor had good inhibition effect to 5052 aluminum alloy in 1.0 mol/L HCl solution,and the inhibition efficiency increased with the increase of inhibitor concentration.The adsorption of N,N'-bis (4-hydroxy-benzyl) ethylenediamine Schiff base corrosion inhibitor on the surface of 5052 aluminum alloy was a combination of physical adsorption and chemical adsorption and in line with the Langmuir adsorption isotherm.%以合成的N,N,N'-二(4-羟基苄叉)乙二胺双希夫碱作为缓蚀剂,通过失重法、动电位极化曲线、电化学阻抗谱评定了该缓蚀剂在HCl溶液中对5052铝合金的缓蚀作用.结果表明:该缓蚀剂在1.0 mol/LHCl溶液中对5052铝合金具有很好的缓蚀效果,且缓蚀率随着缓蚀剂含量的增加而增大;N,N'-二(4-羟基苄叉)乙二胺双希夫碱缓蚀剂在5052铝合金表面的吸附属于物理和化学的混合吸附,并遵循Langmuir吸附等温式.
