A class of fuzzy controllers with the experiences from the human operator was proposed based on a stability re-sult on linear time-varying system. In contrast to the existing results, the new method overcame the difficulty of finding a com-mon positive definite matrix for all subsystems and avoided repeating identification. An experimental result verifiesthe effective-ness and efficiency of our method.%证明了一个线性时变系统的稳定性定理,基于此提出了一种带有人工操作员经验的模糊控制器的设计方法,克服了现有方法对各个子系统寻找公共正定矩阵的困难,以及重复进行辩识引起的浪费,实验结果验证了方法的有效性和效率.
