基于PCS7的蒸发器自控系统设计与应用

         

摘要

Taking SMPT-1000 evaporator unit as controlled object, its technological process, dynamic characteristics and control requirements were analyzed so as to have control scheme for evaporator' s temperature, level and product concentration designed. The application in practice shows that this system can automatically start from cold state, and the evaporator' s level, temperature and product concentration can meet technological requirements.%以SMPT-1000蒸发器单元为被控对象,分析其工艺流程、动态特性和控制要求,设计了蒸发器温度、液位和产品浓度的控制方案.通过现场实施,实现了控制系统从冷态的全自动开车.投产后,蒸发器液位、温度及产品浓度等指标均满足生产要求.
