大桶下降式密封胶自动装胶机的设计与实现

摘要

根据聚氨酯密封胶的特性,针对密封胶传统装胶系统的缺陷,通过对大桶下降式装胶过程进行力学分析,给出装胶过程的控制算法,采用PLC和电液比例控制方法设计大桶下降式自动装胶系统,实现了装胶过程的自动化.%Considering polyurethane sealant particularity and traditional sealant-filling system imperfection, a mechanical analysis on down-type sealant-filling process was presented to reach the control algorithm of this process, and to develop an automatic sealant-filling system with big bucket based on PLC and electro-hydraulic proportional control to benefit the automation of sealant-filling operation.
