基于 ANSYS 的钻柱纵向振动谐响应规律研究

         

摘要

在实际钻井过程中,为解决钻柱共振这一问题,首先用 ANSYS 软件建立钻柱纵向振动有限元模型,并对所建模型进行模态分析,得出钻柱纵向振动的固有频率和其与钻柱长度的关系。然后对所建模型进行谐响应分析,在钻头处分别施加1、5、10kN 的周期作用力来模拟钻压,得到了在钻头处的振动谱线、振动幅度和固有频率与钻压之间的关系。利用所得数据,可以通过调节钻机转速来避开共振频率,达到减小或避免钻柱纵向共振的目的。%For the purpose of eradicating the drill string’s longitudinal resonance vibration in the operation, the ANSYS software was adopted to establish finite element model of the longitudinal vibration and its modal a-nalysis was carried out to get natural frequency of the drill string’s longitudinal vibration and the relationship between its natural frequency and the drill string’s length.Through harmonic response analysis of the model established and exerting a periodic force of 1 kN,5kN and 10kN on simulating the drilling pressure,the vibra-tion spectrum at the drill bit and the relationship among the vibration amplitude,natural frequency and the drilling pressure were obtained;and making use of the data obtained can adjust the drill speed to avoid reso-nance frequency so that the purpose of reducing or avoiding the drill string’s longitudinal resonance vibration can be realized.
