可视化应急指挥系统在石化企业的应用

摘要

基于某石化企业的安全应急管理需求，开展构建应急程序化、图形应急指挥及应急预案等关键技术的研究，建立石化企业安全应急系统，并进行示范应用。%Considering the petrochemical enterprise’ s demand for safety emergency management, the study of key technologies concerning the construction of emergency procedures, graphics emergency command and e-mergency plan was implemented to establish petrochemical enterprise’ s safety emergency system;and its dem-onstration application was carried out.
