WinCC在40T混合磁体低温分配阀箱r控制系统中的应用

         

摘要

介绍40T混合磁体低温分配阀箱的工艺流程,给出控制系统中基于WinCC 7.3的人机交互界面设计和画面窗口实现方法.以阀箱入口氦气主流量FI122为例,首先通过注册表文件方式保存氦气数据,Visual Basic程序与WinCC进行数据交换,然后调用注册表文件中的氦气密度,最后通过公式即可计算出氦气的实时流量.计算结果表明:该方法改进了原方法精度低和局限性大的缺点,实现了氦气流量的实时计算和显示.%The technical process of 40T hybrid magnet's cryogenic distribution valve box was introduced, in-cluding the design of human-computer interaction interface based on WinCC 7.3 and implementation of the picture window.Taking the helium gas flow( FI122) at the valve box' s entrance as an example, saving the data by registry file and exchanging the data between Visual Basic program and WinCC and then calling the helium data in registry file to calculate the helium gas' real-time flow with formula were implemented.The calculation results show that, this method can improve precision and limitations of the original method and it can realize the real-time calculation and display of helium gas flow.
