压缩机控制系统中喘振线的计算方法

摘要

The performance curves of cracking gas compressor were introduced and the parameter specification of surge lines was presented.Through taking a length of anti-surge line as an example, the method of calculat-ing surge lines was discussed and any matter occurred in the calculation process was corrected to obtain better control effect .The operation point far from the surge lines can enhance operating performance of the compres-sor unit.%介绍裂解气压缩机组的性能曲线,给出喘振线的参数说明.以裂解气压缩机一段防喘振为例探讨了喘振线的计算方法,并对计算过程中存在的问题进行了修正.修正后控制效果更佳,操作点更加远离了喘振线,提高了压缩机组的运行性能.
