锂电池组主从通信模式下均衡充电系统的设计

         

摘要

结合锂电池的工作特性分析其串联使用不一致性的原因和危害,说明了锂电池组均衡系统存在的必要性.分析现有各类均衡技术的利弊,选择研究主从通信模式下的被动均衡技术.设计了基于LTC6804检测电压、LTC3390为LTC6804降压至5V的均衡系统方案,通过SPI通信模式,实现LTC6804与单片机之间的数据传输.优化硬件方案并研究了软件防干扰方法,优化均衡控制策略.最后对锂离子电池组均衡系统进行实验,结果表明:所设计电池管理系统运行安全,均衡器不平衡度(标准差)从0.109降至0.003,均衡效率和均衡度良好.%Through having the operating characteristics of lithium batteries considered and both causes and effects of their inconsistency in operation analyzed,the necessity of lithium battery balance system's existence was explained; after analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of various existing equalization techniques, the passive equalization technique with master-slave communication mode was studied and selected;and based on LTC6804 test voltage and LTC3390 reducing LTC6804's voltage to 5V,a balanced system scheme was de-signed and through the SPI communication mode, the data transmission between LTC6804 and single chip which based on was realized.The hardware program was optimized and the software anti-jamming method was studied to optimize the balanced control strategy.The experiments on the lithium-ion battery cell equalization system show that,the battery management system designed can run safely and the equalizer's unbalance de-gree has been reduced from 0.109 to 0.003 along with better balance efficiency and balance degree.
