Zhongchuan area underwent ductile→ductile-brittle→brittle deformation with 3 periods and 5 times of magmatic intrusion. Liba style Au deposits are medium-low epithermal-magma reworked deposits. Late palaeozoic sedimentary formations are the source beds. Ore formation included the early Au mobilization and transportation, tectonic-hydrothermal rework and Indo-China-Yanshanian magmatism rework.
