“金水相生法”治疗呼吸系统疾病的研究进展

"Goldwater Aioi"refers to the lung and kidney interdependent on physiology, breeding with each other, interacting in the pathogenesis evolution. Lung is above source of water, kidney is under water source, lung main water passage, the kidney is the water viscera maintaining body lfuids, both of them adjust body lfuid metabolism. Lung master Qi and respiratory function, kidney govern reception of Qi, they complete the breath function together. The dysfunction of lung and kidney lead to symptoms such as cough and delayed healing of illness, so"together treatment of lung and kidney"advocated in the treatment of chronic respiratory diseases. Many studies have shown good effect treating chronic bronchitis, bronchial asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, radiation-induced lung injury and other diseases with China medicine based on "Goldwater Aioi". The effect and mechanism of"Goldwater Aioi"are worth further studies and application.%“金水相生”是指肺金与肾水之间在生理上相互依赖、相互滋生，在病机演变上相互影响。肺为水之上源，肾为水之下源，肺主通调水道，肾为水脏，主津液，二脏相互配合，共同调节人体水液代谢。肺主气，司呼吸，肾主纳气，二脏共同维持正常呼吸。肺、肾功能失调易导致患者出现咳喘等症状，且病情迁延不愈，因此在慢性呼吸系统疾病的治疗中提倡“肺肾同治”。多项研究表明以“金水相生”为依据，运用中医药治疗慢性支气管炎、支气管哮喘、慢性阻塞性肺疾病、放射性肺损伤等多种疾病具有较好疗效，应进一步深入研究其作用机理，并推广应用。
