阿替普酶溶栓治疗急性心肌梗死的临床观察

摘要

目的：观察阿替普酶溶栓治疗急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死的临床疗效。方法选取天津市红桥医院内科及ICU 2015年1月～2016年1月收治的30例急性心肌梗死患者进行观察，所有患者均采用重组组织型纤溶酶原激活剂阿替普酶溶栓治疗。结果治疗后死亡1例，存活29例，出院至今无再发心肌梗死。其再通率、出血率、无效率、死亡率分别为80.80%、10.00%、5.65%、3.33%。结论临床使用阿替普酶溶栓治疗急性心肌梗死疗效显著，安全性高。%Objective In order to research the effect of Alteplase in the thrombolytic therapy for acute ST segment elevation myocardial infarcition. Methods The 30 acute myocardial infarction cases were studied about 12 months. The tissue type plasminogen activator was introduced into Alteplase thrombolytic therapy.ResultsAfter treatment 29 persons survived and 1 person died. The re-pass rate, bleeding rate, non-efifciency and mortality rate were 80.80%, 10%, 5.65%, 3.33%, respectively.ConclusionBased on the result, it is necessary to use Alteplase in the Primary medical organization.
