月坛社区居民慢性病患病率调查及影响因素分析

摘要

目的：确定月坛社区居民主要慢性病及其影响因素，为提供慢性病干预措施提供科学依据。方法对月坛社区居民采用分层随机抽样的方法，通过入户调查的方式展开调查。结果月坛社区慢性病前5位疾病依次是高血压、骨质疏松症、高脂血症、糖尿病、冠心病。影响月坛社区居民慢性病患病情况的主要因素有性别、年龄、文化程度、职业以及BMI。结论月坛社区主要慢性病为高血压、骨质疏松症、高脂血症，将妇女、老年人、肥胖人群作为工作重点，同时把慢性病防控对象扩大到年轻、健康人群，提高全人群的慢性病防控意识。%Objective To confirm the major chronic diseases and its influencing factors of residents in Yuetan community, so as to provide scientific evidence for chronic disease intervention.Methods By using tratiifed random sampling method, residents were selected for questionnaire survey in Yuetan community.ResultsThe diseases with top ifve prevalence were hypertension, osteoporosis, hyperlipidemia, diabetes and CHD. The inlfuencing factors of chronic diseases of residents in Yuetan community are gender, age, education, ccupation and BMI. Conclusion Hypertension, osteoporosis and hyperlipidemia were the major chronic diseases in Yuetan community. While making women, the elderly and obese people as a priority of prevention objects, we should pay attention to expand the scope of prevention objects of chronic diseases to the young and healthy people and improve the awareness of prevention and control of chronic diseases among the whole population.
