经鼻持续气道正压通气治疗儿童重症肺炎合并呼吸衰竭的效果分析

Objective To analysis the nasal continuous positive airway pressure (cpap) for the treatment of severe pneumonia in children with respiratory failure.MethodsThis study selected from 60 cases of children with severe pneumonia with respiratory failure as the research object from February 2012 to February 2015. Randomly divided into control group and observation group, 30 cases in each group. Children with the control group were given conventional treatment, the observation group was given nasal continuous positive airway pressure (cpap) treatment.Results Total effective rate of combination of respiratory failure in children with severe pneumonia in observation group was higher than the control group, index score in the observation was better than the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The effect of nasal continuous positive airway pressure (cpap) in the treatment of severe pneumonia in children with respiratory failure symptoms is remarkable.%目的：分析经鼻持续气道正压通气治疗儿童重症肺炎合并呼吸衰竭的效果。方法研究选取我院60例重症肺炎合并呼吸衰竭患儿作为研究对象（2012年2月～2015年2月）。随机分成对照组和观察组，每组有30例患儿。对照组患儿给予常规治疗，观察组患儿再给予经鼻持续气道正压通气治疗。结果观察组重症肺炎合并呼吸衰竭患儿的总有效率高于对照组，其各项观察指标的分值优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论经鼻持续气道正压通气在治疗儿童重症肺炎合并呼吸衰竭病症中效果显著。
