新课改下的高校体育健康教育的思考

     

摘要

健康不仅是避免疾病与虚弱,更加是体现在身体上、精神上以及在社会上的适应力,健康的概念具体为:身体健康、心理健康。这一健康观念打破了生物健康观的固有局面,更新了生物、心理、身体以及道德层面的健康观念,彰显了健康的实质意义,为我国高校体育健康教育紧密结合教学模式指明了方向。本文对新课改下的高校体育与健康教育进行了分析与研究,并提出建议。%Health is not only avoid disease and weak, more is embodied in the physical, mental and social adaptability, specific for the concept of health: physical health, mental health. The concept of health broke the natural situation, biological health perspectives have updated the biological, psychological, physical and moral health concept, reveals the essence of the health significance, for our country university sports health education closely with pointed out the direction of the teaching mode. In this paper, under the new curriculum reform of college sports and health education has carried on the analysis and research, and Suggestions are put forward.
