乒乓球战术训练研究

摘要

Table tennis tactics in the match, has been one of the crucial game of table tennis,you change multiterminal,the change of table tennis,reflect on the tactical changes.With changeable tactics consciousness,you will have the initiative in the game,to win the game.In the teaching process,the first is the basic tactics of study,and then is the combination of tactics, able to skillfully use integrated tactical,grind the tactical awareness in the game, eventually form a skilled tactical awareness. This paper discusses the tactical training of table tennis players,hope athletes in the complicated and changeable in the competition, the skilled use of various tactics,increase the ability of on-the-spot strain,winning in the game, and victory.%乒乓球战术在比赛中占有至关重要的地位，比赛中乒乓球你来我往，变化多端，乒乓球的变化，体现在战术的变化上。具有多变的战术意识，就会在比赛中占有主动，从而取得比赛的胜利。在教学过程中，首先是基本战术的学习，然后是战术的组合，能够熟练地运用综合战术，在比赛中打磨战术意识，最终形成娴熟的战术意识。该文对乒乓球运动员的战术训练进行探讨，希望运动员在复杂多变的赛场上，熟练地运用各种战术，提高临场的应变能力，在比赛中克敌制胜，取得胜利。
