目的探讨联合应用术中印片与快速石蜡切片或冰冻切片在手术中病理诊断中的应用价值.方法回顾性分类整理245例术中标本，分别统计术中印片、快速石蜡切片、冰冻切片、术中印片与快速石蜡切片联合诊断、术中印片与冰冻切片联合诊断的结果，与最终病理诊断结果比较，将其确诊率进行对比分析.结果术中印片、快速石蜡切片、冰冻切片的确诊率分别为94.29%(231/245)、95.23%(120/126)、95.79%(114/119)，术中印片与快速石蜡切片联合诊断、术中印片与冰冻切片联合诊断的确诊率分别为97.61%(123/126)和98.32%(117/119).结论将术中印片与快速石蜡切片或冰冻切片联合应用在术中病理诊断中，可优势互补，提高诊断的准确性，值得在广大基层医院推广应用.% Objective To study the practical value of intraoperative rapid diagnosis of imprint cytology’s combined with intraoperative frozen section or rapid paraffin section in rapid intraoperative pathological diagnosis. Methods 245 cases were retrospectively analyzed by using both intraoperative imprint cytology and frozen section or rapid paraffin section,and the results were compared with the postoperative histopathologic diagnosis. Results 231 cases were diagnosed correctly with imprint cytology (231/245, 94.29%),120 cases with rapid paraffin section (120/126, 95.23%),114 cases with frozen section (114/119, 95.79%),123 cases by combination of imprint cytology and rapid paraffin section (123/126, 97.61%), and 117 cases by combination of imprint cytology and frozen section (117/119, 98.23%). Conclusion Combination of imprint cytology and frozen section or rapid paraffin section in quick clinicopathologic diagnosis can increase the accuracy of rapid imtraoperative diagnosis,and can make their respective advantages complementary to each other, and is worth promoting in basic hospitals.
