Objective To investigate the application of laparoscopic operation anesthesia with sufentanil and fentanyl on patients with anesthesia. Methods Our hospital patients undergoing elective laparoscopic operation in 82 cases, were randomLy divided into the observation group and the control group, the observation group patients anesthesia intravenous sufentanil 0.4μg/kg, a control group of patients with intravenous fentanyl 0.2μg/kg. Results The two groups of patients with analgesia and muscle relaxation effect with significant difference (P<0.05);two patients in each period of blood pressure and body temperature without significant changes in heart rate, with significant difference (P<0.05);after treatment, DBP SBP differences between the two groups had statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Laparoscopic operation of sufentanil as anesthesia drugs on heart rate and blood pressure, no adverse effects, and the use of fentanyl injection as compared with certain advantages, can be used for laparoscopic operation anesthesia in the preferred drug.% 目的探讨腹腔镜手术麻醉中应用舒芬太尼和芬太尼对患者的麻醉效果.方法选取择期行腹腔镜手术患者共82例,随机平均分为观察组和对照组,观察组患者麻醉时静脉注射舒芬太尼0.4μg/kg,对照组患者静脉注射芬太尼0.2μg/kg.结果两组患者各时段血压和体温无明显变化,两组患者在镇痛效果、肌松效果、心率变化、治疗后SBP、DBP比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论舒芬太尼作为腹腔镜手术中麻醉用药,对心率和血压没有不利影响,与芬太尼用药相比具有一定优势,可做为腹腔镜手术麻醉中的优选药物.
