花青素抗消化道肿瘤研究进展

摘要

消化道是人体消化系统的重要组成部分，为物质消化吸收场所，也是肿瘤好发部位。花青素属于天然黄酮类化合物，人体主要通过有色蔬菜水果摄入。近年研究表明，花青素对消化道肿瘤有明显防治作用。此文就花青素结构、抗消化道肿瘤效应和机制作一综述。%Digestive tract is an important component of digestive system, and the place in which foods digestion and tumors take place. Anthocyanidins is a group of compound belongs toflavonoids, and human body uptake it mainly through colored vegetables and fruits. Recent study showed, anthocyanins have preventive and therapeutic effect on most cancers. This paper reviews the literatures on the structure and digestive tract tumor prevention of anthocyanidins.
