急性心肌梗死128例临床护理分析

摘要

Objective To investigate the clinical nursing experience of 128 cases of patients with acute myocardial infarction. Methods Clinical nursing data of 128 cases with acute myocardial infarction were retrospectively analyzed. Results Among 128 cases with acute myocardial infarction, through thrombolysis treatment and comprehensive care, 58 cases were cured, 72 cases improved,8 cases died. Conclusion According to the patient's psychological state, targeted psychological nursing, diet nursing care to improve, and thrombolysis treatment process after defecation nursing, health guidance for patients with acute myocardial infarction, have great significance to improve the success rate of rescue and survival quality.%目的：探讨急性心肌梗死患者的临床护理体会。方法回顾性分析2009年1月-2012年4月收治的128例急性心肌梗死患者的临床护理资料。结果128例急性心肌梗死患者，经溶栓治疗及全面护理，治愈68例，好转52例，死亡8例。结论根据患者的心理状态，有针对性地进行心理护理，完善溶栓治疗过程中的护理工作及溶栓后的饮食护理、排便护理，加强健康指导，对于提高急性心肌梗死患者的抢救成功率和预后生存质量意义重大。
