切开复位内固定治疗早期Lisfranc关节损伤的疗效

摘要

Objective To analysis and study of open reduction and internal fixation treatment the curative effect of early Lisfranc joint injury. Methods Selected from September 2008 to September 2012 joints of Lisfranc injury patients 86 cases, 86 were retrospectively the clinical data analysis and summary. Results According to the foot function score given curative effect evaluation:23 side, accounting for 25.0%;It's a good side of 45, accounted for 48.9%;May 16, 17.4%;Eight side of inferior quality, accounting for 8.7%. Conclusion Open reduction and internal fixation is applied to early Lisfranc joint injury treatment, effect is obvious, can effectively alleviate patients pain symptoms, restoring joint activity function and stability, and to improve the patients quality of life has an important significance.%目的：分析和研究切开复位内固定治疗早期Lisfranc关节损伤的疗效。方法选取2008年9月-2012年9月Lisfranc关节损伤患者86例(92侧)，将其临床资料进行回顾性分析与总结。结果根据足部功能评分给予疗效评估：优23侧（占25.0%）、良45侧（占48.9%）、可16侧（占17.4%）、劣8侧（占8.7%）。结论切开复位并内固定应用于早期Lisfranc的关节损伤治疗中，效果比较明显，能够有效缓解患者疼痛症状，恢复关节的活动功能及稳定性，对提高患者生活质量有重要的意义。
