青龙满族自治县免费孕前优生健康检查高风险人群现状分析

摘要

目的：了解青龙满族自治县孕前优生健康检查高风险人群现状及其影响因素，寻找应对措施、方法，为本地区生殖健康服务决策提供科学依据。方法选取2011年5月-2013年8月青龙满族自治县符合生育政策、计划怀孕的32930名农村夫妇参加国家免费孕前优生健康检查后，对筛查出的高风险人群做回顾性统计分析。结果共发现高风险人群2004例，高风险比例6.08%，导致出现高风险人群的高风险因素的顺位为消化系统疾病、代谢疾病、血液系统疾病、性传播疾患和TORCH感染等，且3年来高风险人群呈逐年下降趋势。结论为孕育健康后代，降低高风险人群比例，必须推广孕前优生健康检查工作。同时应加强特定人群的优生健康知识宣传，提高优生优育意识，从而预防出生缺陷，促进优生优育。%Objective To find out the Situation and its influencing factors, of High-risk group in the Per-pregnant Eugenic Health Check to the people who live in Qinglong Manchu Autonomous County and find out the countermeasures and methods of this problem. This study can provide the scientific bases for the reproductive health services in the region. Methods From May 2011 to August 2013, 32900 rural couples who live in Qinglong manchu autonomous county, meet the family-planning policy and plan to be pregnant are selected to take part in the free pre-pregnant eugenic healthy check organized by Chinese government. Screening results of the high-risk group are retrospectively analyzed. Results The high-risk group includes 2004 cases,High risk ratio of 6.08%, totally, and the proportion shows that there is a declining tendency annually. The high-risk factors which may result in the emergency of high-risk group in line are diseases of digestive system, metabolic disturbance, blood system diseases, diseases of Sexually transmitted and TORCH infections,And in a high-risk population decline year by year in three years.Conclusion In order to conceive healthy offspring,eugenics health check before childbirth must be promoted;the eugenics health knowledge propaganda At the same time, should strengthen the specific people eugenics health knowledge propaganda, must be emphasized to reduce the proportion of high-risk group , to prevent the birth defects and to promote eugenics.
