鼓膜穿刺结合鼓室注药治疗分泌性中耳炎63例临床观察

摘要

Objective To investigate the tympanic membrane tympanic puncture combined with drug injection in the treatment of secretory otitis media method and clinical signifcance. Methods 63 cases (78 ears) of secretory otitis media by the tympanic membrane puncture and drug injection in the treatment of the interior of the drum after the follow-up, the treatment of ear eustachian tube function, hearing and other symptom change assessment. Results During the follow-up of 1-6 months, 47 ears cured, the cure rate was 60.26%, 24 were improved, the total effciency of 91.03%, 41 ears (52.56%) the function of eustachian tube. Conclusion The tympanic membrane tympanic puncture combined with drug injection in the treatment of secretory otitis media is a kind of effective method.%　　目的探讨鼓膜穿刺结合鼓室注射药物治疗分泌性中耳炎的方法和临床意义。方法对63例（78耳）分泌性中耳炎经鼓膜穿刺及鼓室内药物注射治疗后随访，对治疗耳的咽鼓管功能、听力及其他症状的改变进行评估。结果随访1～6个月，治愈47耳，治愈率60.26%，好转24耳，总有效率91.03%，41耳(52.56%)咽鼓管功能好转。结论鼓膜穿刺结合鼓室注药是治疗分泌性中耳炎的一种有效方法。
