目的调查分析64例食物中毒患者的检查结果。揭示其原因及变化趋势,为预防食物中毒提供依据。方法选取2011年1月-12月间在广东省江门市新会区发生的64例食物中毒患者为研究对象,对64例患者的资料进行统计学、流行病学分析。结果中毒时间以7~9月多发,主要以细菌性食物中毒为主,本研究中有52例患者在家中发生中毒,野外中毒均为真菌毒素中毒和植物性中毒。结论本研究共查出四种中毒原因及中毒的多发季节因素,为预防食物中毒提供了科学依据。%Objective Analysis of 64 cases of food poisoning in patients with test results reveal its causes and trends, to provide a basis for the prevention of food poisoning. Methods Select January 2011 to 12 months in the Xinhui district 64 cases of food poisoning occurred in patients for the study, data on 64 patients for statistical, epidemiological analysis. Results Poisoning time is 7~September multiple, based mainly in bacterial food poisoning, in this study, 52 patients with poisoning occurred at home, the wild poisoning toxin poisoning are fungi and plants. Conclusion This study identiifed a total of four kinds of cause of poisoning and poisoning of multiple seasonal factors,to provide scientiifc basis for food poisoning.
