急性附睾炎的临床研究

摘要

Objective To analyze the clinical features of acute epididymitis and guide the diagnosis treatment. of the disease. Methods To collect clinical data on 48 cases of patients with acute epididymitis, spermatic cord closure+hormone therapy and conventional therapy on pain relief and healing time for statistical analysis. Results Follow-up of two the spermatic closed+hormone therapy group of pain relief and healing time was signiifcantly lower than the treatment group, signiifcant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion Acute epididymitis early diagnosis and apply the spermatic cord closure+hormone therapy can reduce the pain relief, time and recovery time, improve patient quality of life.%　　目的分析急性附睾炎的临床特征，以指导临床诊断与治疗。方法对48例急性附睾炎患者的临床资料进行收集，对精索封闭+激素疗法及常规疗法对疼痛缓解时间和痊愈时间进行统计分析。结果本组随访2个月，精索封闭+激素组的疼痛缓解时间和痊愈时间明显低于单纯治疗组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论急性附睾炎早期诊断并应用精索封闭+激素疗法可以缩短疼痛缓解时间和痊愈时间，提高患者生活质量。
