股骨近端锁定接骨板治疗老年股骨转子间骨折的临床疗效

摘要

目的探讨股骨近端锁定接骨板治疗老年股骨转子间骨折的临床疗效。方法将60例老年股骨转子间骨折患者随机分为实验组和对照组，每组各30例。实验组采用股骨近端锁定接骨板(LCP)治疗，对照组采用动力髋螺钉(DHS)治疗。比较两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、切口长度、骨折处愈合情况和并发症发生情况。结果实验组手术时间、术在中出血量、骨折处愈合时间、运动范围及并发症发生情况，均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论LCP与DHS均能有效治疗老年股骨转子间骨折，LCP法手术操作简单，具有手术创伤小、术后骨折处愈合快、运动范围广、并发症发生率低等特点，值得临床推广使用。%Objective To study the effects of LCP in treating the interferometer fracture of the old femur. Methods 60 elderly patients with intertrochanteric fractures were randomly divided into two groups. And the two groups were treated by DHS and LCP respectively. Two kinds of surgical treatments were compared in the following aspects:Operative time, blood loss, incision length, fracture healing situation and complications. Results The experimental group was in the amount of bleeding, operative time, fracture healing time, range of motion, and complications were signiifcantly better than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The two kinds of invasive treatments are both effective for senile intertrochanteric fractures. The method of LCP is simple, with small invasive trauma, fractures heal faster after surgery, sports a wide range of characteristics and a low complication rate. It is worthy of the clinical use.
