Objective To observe the effects of oligohydramnios on pregnancy outcome of premature rupture of membranes, summarize its clinical significance. Methods 82 case with premature rupture of membranes from June 2010 to June 2012 according with B ultrasound examination of amniotic fluid index were divided into the observation group (34 cases ,oligohydramnios), 48 cases in the control group (oligohydramnios or normal), pregnancy outcomes were compared between the two groups. Results In the observation group,the cesarean section rate 64.7%, fetal intrauterine infection rate 38.2%, incidence rate 29.4%, neonatal Apgar score ≤7 26.5%, low birth weight rate 17.6%,perinatal mortality rate 8.8%were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Premature rupture of membranes has bad effect on pregnancy outcome of oligohydramnios, need to pay attention.% 目的观察分析胎膜早破后羊水过少对妊娠结局的影响，总结其临床意义。方法选取广东省惠州市第一妇幼保健院2010年6月-2012年6月胎膜早破后的患者82例，按照B超检查羊水指数分为观察组34例（羊水过少），对照组48例（羊水偏少或正常），观察对比两组患者的妊娠结局。结果观察组患者的剖宫产率64.7%、胎儿窘迫发生率38.2%、宫内感染率29.4%、新生儿Apgar评分≤7分率26.5%、低体重儿率17.6%、围生儿病死率8.8%均明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论胎膜早破后羊水过少容易对妊娠结局有不良影响，需要给予重视。
