腹腔镜完全腹膜外腹股沟疝修补术 28 例

摘要

目的探讨腹腔镜下完全腹膜外疝修补术（TEP）在腹股沟疝治疗中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析2011年8月-2012年12月桂林全州济民医院收治的采用腹腔镜下完全腹膜外腹股沟疝修补术治疗成人腹股沟疝28例的临床资料。结果25例顺利完成TEP术，3例另加一小切口完成手术。手术时间5～155 min，平均82 min，住院时间4～7 d，平均4.5 d。术后无并发症发生，随访2～16个月，无复发。结论 TEP手术安全可靠，术后并发症少、复发率低，容易被腹股沟患者所接受。%　　Objective To explore the value of laparoscopic totally extraperitioneal prosthesis (TEP). Methods The clinical data of 28 cases of inguinal hernia treated by Laparoscopic total extraperitoneal hernia repair (TEP) from Aug 2011 to Dec 2012 were retrospectively analyzed. Results 25 cases were operated successfully,3 cases were completed through a small incision plus.The operation lasted for 55 to 155 minutes with a mean of 82 minutes,and postoperative hospital stay of 4 to 7 days with a mean of 4.5 days. No complication occurred,All the patients were followed up for 2 to 16 months,and no recurrence was observed. Conclusion The results indicate that TEP is a satisfactory technique with a low recurrence rate and a low complication rate,therefore it is more easily acceptable by patients with inguinal hernia.
