目的探讨早期康复治疗对脑出血患者的影响。方法对自贡市富顺县人民医院神经内科2010年7月-2012年7月收治的50例脑出血患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果治疗后康复组患者的总有效率为80%，对照组患者的总有效率为72%，与对照组相比，康复组患者的总有效率较高，二者差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；和对照组相比，康复组患者的运动功能、神经功能及日常生活活动能力评分均较优，二者差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论早期康复治疗能够有效改善脑出血患者的运动功能、神经功能及日常生活活动能力，安全有效，值得临床推广应用。% Objective To investigate the effect of early rehabilitative intervention in patients with cerebral hemorrhage. Methods Retrospective analysis was performed on the clinical data of 50 cerebral hemorrhage patients in the department from July 2010 to July 2012. Results The total efficient of treatment group after therapy was 80% and significantly higher than 72% in control group (P<0.05). Compared to control group,the motor function, nerve function and activities of daily living of treatment group were significantly better (P<0.05). Conclusion Early rehabilitative intervention can improve motor function, nerve function and activities of daily living of patients.It’s worthy spreading in clinic with satisfactory safety and effectiveness.
