Objective To focus on and to explore the clinical characteristics of chronic pulmonary heart disease complicated with coronary heart disease. Methods Using retrospective study method of analysis and comparison from January 2010 to December 2012 72 cases of chronic pulmonary heart disease were retrospectively analysed. The patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, experimental group a total of 36 cases of chronic pulmonary heart disease complicated with coronary heart disease;in the control group, a total of 36 cases were patients with single chronic pulmonary heart disease. Then the data of the 2 groups were analyzed, compared two groups of patients with clinical manifestations and ecg. Results The experimental group of angina, myocardial infarction, heart palpitations, left heart border expanding, dyspnea incidence was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05), the experimental groups of patients with ischemic ST-T changes, left axis deviation, bundle branch block, old myocardial infarction incidence was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).
