19 例剖宫产术后腹部切口瘢痕子宫内膜异位症临床诊治分析

摘要

Objective To investigate and analyze the diagnosis and treatment of 19 cases with abdominal incision scar endometriosis. Methods Nineteen patients with abdominal incision scar endometriosis treated in our depart ment from January 2003 to December 2010 were analyzed retrospectively. Results Nineteen cases’diagnosis were confirmed by their typical clinical manifestations and pathological evidences. The incubation period of patients were from 2 month to7 years. Nineteen cases all recieved complete surgical excision. No caserelapsed after surgery. Conclusion Ab-dominal incision scar endometriosis can be diagnosed by typical clinical manifestations. It’s main treatment is surgical excision.%　　目的探讨腹壁切口瘢痕子宫内膜异位症的诊治。方法对江苏省苏州市相城区第二人民医院2003年1月-2010年12月间收治的19例腹壁切口瘢痕子宫内膜异位症进行回顾性分析。结果19例依据病史、临床表现、腹部检查均能做出正确诊断，与术后病理结果吻合；发病潜伏期介于术后2月～7年间；均行异位病灶切除术；术后随诊1年均未复发。结论根据病史、临床表现及腹部检查能对腹壁切口瘢痕内异症进行诊断，并以手术治疗。
